How long before my wedding should I purchase my wedding gown?
Your wedding dress is the star of the show and sometimes choosing the right one can take some time. With some wedding dresses taking around 7-8 months to arrive, we recommend starting your search for your dream dress about 10-12 months in advance. This leaves you some wiggle room as well as time for your alterations.
Can I come in and just take a look at your gowns?
Absolutely! We are more than happy for you to come in during our opening hours to browse our collection.
What are your opening hours?
Do I need to book an appointment to try on gowns?
Whilst there are some times we are available to take walk-ins – it isn’t guaranteed. We would love to be able to provide the full bridal appointment experience for you so booking in advance is highly recommended.
Can I buy my gown off the rack?
Most of our gowns can be purchased off the rack. However, if time allows we may be able to rush in your dream dress for you.
How long do your appointments last?
Appointments last 1 hour, however extended appointments may be available for those who need the extra time to consider their decision.
Is there adequate parking nearby?
There is 1 hour street parking available or two large carparks on the south side of Vincent Street each side of the junction of Oxford Street
Who should I bring to my appointment?
Trying on dresses can be an exciting time not just for you but also your loved ones. However, make sure you choose an entourage that has your best interests at heart. We recommend about 3 people however, we can accommodate larger parties.
What size gowns are available for me to try on?
Our samples are generally between size 6 and size 24.
Can I lay-by my Wedding Gown?
You certainly can. Provided there is sufficient time we provide a 2-3 month payment plan that requires a deposit followed by additional monthly payments.
